By the end of 2023, the MVP has been finalized and alpha and beta-testing has been conducted. The low entry threshold and new dating mechanics allowed us to attract the first active members and move towards the principle of data-driven development.

Progress

At the moment the service is in open access, the platform has more than 20,000 thousand registered users, of which 3,000+ are active.

More than 300,000 times users have viewed each other's cards, of which over 50,000 cards received likes.

All of these results were achieved with virtually no investment in advertising.

Issues

In the process of developing, implementing and working with the audience Telematch faced a number of issue.

Some of the hypotheses required testing with specialized analytical tools that are yet to be implemented, funding constraints of the technical team forced to find compromises between different matching technologies, and infrastructure challenges required searching for stable and secure platforms.

Nevertheless, solutions have already been found for most of these issues, some of the problems have been almost completely solved, and for the remaining ones, solutions will definitely be found in the coming year.

Plans

In 2024, the Telematch team will focus on audience growth, giving this metric a primary focus when creating marketing and product strategies.

Within a year, the plan is to increase audience size by 50x with a percentage of active users of over 20%.

Thus, by the end of the year Telematch will become one of the top five leaders in the Russian dating services market and will gain unique experience for further development of the growth model.
